Is Therapy for Me?
Therapy is a collaborative effort towards creating the changes you know to be important to your life and happiness.
The process of finding the right therapist and making that first phone call can be overwhelming. It takes an incredible amount of courage to take those first steps towards change.
I prefer a genuine and down-to-earth approach to counseling. I also feel that being open, non-judgemental and, at times, humorous can be extraordinarily healing.
